  2. You can start to change your food habits to include with healthy foods.

  4. Try to eat a new vegetable you have never tried before.
  5. Don't smoke. Stop smoking. 
  6. Better you can ask your hubby (Husband) to join with you on your new healthy habit .
  7. If you feel you need a new practitioner, you should interview before you get become pregnant.
  8. Get the details and experience from your friends about pregnancy and parenthood.
  9. Consult with your dentist before you get pregnant and brush your teeth daily.
  10. If you go with any medical checkups inform them you are trying to get pregnant. It prevent exposure to taking harmful tests and chemicals if you are pregnant.
  11. Do not drinking alcohol, even while you are trying to get conceive. Alcohol can cause birth defects very badly.
  12. You can talk with your parents, You will get more information from their experiences and how do you want to be different?
  13. Take more rest when you can.

  15. You should drink six to eight eight ounce glasses of water every day.

  18. You should add 300 - 500 calories a day while you are in pregnant.
  19. Make a food diary (Timetable) to ensure that you are keeping up with your daily food requirements.
  20. The best thing of late pregnancy is swimming. Swimming can help you to relieve a lot from aches and pains and makes you feel weightless.
  21. Watch and learn a breastfeeding class it helps to prepare you for the realities of breastfeeding.
  22. Perfectly pack your bags if you are going to take a birth center or hospital and don't forget to keep insurance cards, pre-registration forms, birth plan, etc....
  23. For exciting moment you should take a picture of yourself before the baby comes!
